Crunchyroll annonuced on Tuesday that it will begin streaming the English dub for Dealing with Mikadono Sisters Is a Breeze, the television anime of Aya Hirakawa‘s Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi romantic comedy manga, on Wednesday.
Caitlin Glass is directing the dub. Samantha Herek is producing. Matthew Greenbaum is adapting the English script. Jeremy Woods is the ADR engineer.
The anime premiered on the Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11 channels on July 9, and it is also running on the MBS channel. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs.
Tadahito Matsubayashi is directing the anime at P.A. Works, and Yūsuke Inoue is the character designer. Takayo Ikami is in charge of the series scripts, Masaru Yokoyama is composing the music, and Jin Aketagawa is the sound director.
The manga centers on Yū Ayase, the son of Subaru Ayase. Yū’s mother Subaru is herself gifted with beauty, athleticism, and intelligence, but Yū seems to have only inherited his mother’s good looks and nothing else. When Yū is enrolled into a high-class school, he is entrusted to the care of his mother’s friend, and moves to their house. There, he begins rooming with the three Mikadono sisters, who are all exceptionally talented in their own way, but have a weak side to them.
Hirakawa launched the manga in Shogakukan‘s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine in December 2021. Shogakukan published the manga’s 15th compiled book volume on July 4. AI localization company Orange Inc.‘s emaqi e-bookstore service is releasing the manga in English.
